Last year I completed a degree in Film but in the last year of the course I knew that wasn't what I wanted and my what I actually wanted to do was be a paramedic. To do this, I'm going to have to go back to university and complete another undergraduate degree (I am aware of the costs etc etc) but although I already have the right amount of UCAS points, I haven't done anything science based since GCSE and I'm looking to complete an access to HE course over the next year to get the science requirements for the courses. So my questions: has anyone had any experiences with access courses? Does anyone have any tips for which would be the best access course to sign on to? Is an access course the best way to go or is there something else I should look into doing in order to get the science requirements? Thank you!
