So mine for Cancer Genomics has now gone Interview > Shortlist reserve > Shortlist Unsuccessful > Interview.


I'm back to shortlist unsuccessful.
My application changed from interview to shortlist reserve then back to interview just now
Mines just consistently been interview no change

Naaah don't worry, "very soon" is scalable. It's called relativity. What counts as 5 seconds for them counts as 5 hours for us haha.

Did you know time actually moves slower in the NSHCS universe, like Narnia

Yes, at this rate it is highly likely we will get a final say today. If not, then what more can I say about NHS recruitment? It really does take the piss.

Has anyone else lost the will to live xo
They could argue that they are working at near the speed of light and we are suffering time dilation.
Are people looking at the "application status" part of their application when you are getting shortlisted reserve, interview etc?
I imagine that they're altering the threshold for interview offers depending on required target for the number of interviews,shortlists and rejections they have to reach.
