Okay so I got my results 2 weeks ago now and I ended up getting a 63% average in first year law.

Legal Systems and Skills: 64
Tort: 59 (Really mad at this one because I thought I did better.)
Contract: 67
Constitutional and Administrative: 62

I don't go to a Russell Group University (My Uni currently ranks in the early 40s) and I got ABB in my A-Levels after resitting.

I've not even started second year and I already feel like I've hit a crossroads on what career path I should go for because I know how competitive Law actually is. I have no legal work experience but I plan to get some when I get back to Uni. I'll probably go to the Careers centre as soon as I get back to see my options. I also plan to work for the Citizens Advice Bureau, a friend of mine suggested that I should try and apply and get training there to do some volunteering.

Why not? Nothing catastrophic in your application as far as we can see.
