I can't ejaculate when i have sex

i'm a mid 20s guy who have been having sex with a few partners or often times random sex with girls, in a bid to help my depression and anxiety. This time last year i was a virgin.

Every sex i have had with girls, i don't *** and i'm now getting worried. Yes i can have sex for basically an hour or two and i still don't ejaculate. It's shocking, i often pretend on the condom that i have *** when really i haven't. It makes me upset and i'm wondering do you guys experience this??

It is noted, i've always had a porn addiction before i started sleeping with women but it doesn't bother me because i'm depressed

yeah i ejaculate when i masturbate. I used to be on anti depressants on and off since 17, although i havent used antidepressants in a year

Antidepressants can cause problems with orgasming and ejaculating but if you are off them now, it's probably not due to that. Could be psychological if you can ejaculate when you masturbate - it took my ex a while to be able to do it during sex as he said he needed time to get used to me and to trust me.
This is sad :frown:. I was finally relieved to have meaningless sex only to realise i can't bloody ejaculate.

Gonna have to go to a clinic to get answers as its making me upset
How often to you masturbate? It could be worth trying not masturbating at all and see if that helps. If not, pop and see your GP.

I masturbate mostly every day, probably twice a day or more

That's probably your answer then! How many time a day can you expect to ejaculate? Stop masterbating for weeks and you will probably ejaculate during sex. Also stay in the moment when you are having sex, think about what you are doung and enjoying, you will probably ejaculate especially if you are patient as well.

I think the answer is in this post. I really think that the better scenario to be having sex is in a trusting relationship with a regular partner. You each get used to what each other likes. If you are going out and pulling random lasses after a skinful then the alcohol itself makes it harder to ejaculate. Add in the anxiety of a new person in an unfamiliar location. Add in your relative inexperience. Then throw in the psychological aspect of worrying about not finishing.

If you get a girlfriend (or FWB), get to know each other, do it sober and just enjoy the sex and not worry about the ending then it will happen. Get into the moment.

Honestly lots of guys masturbate multiple times per day and have no trouble orgasming during intercourse. That seems to be a fixation of this particular website. Something to try if my suggestions don't work, but I feel not the right starting point.

Yes, get busy distracting yourself from both porn and masterbating so that your testes get a chance to make semen. Then when you have sex you will have semen to ejaculate! Take up 2 or 3 more hobbies, study more etc.. use up your time a bit more.

It depends on what you want. If you want to ejaculate during sex then masterbating to ejaculation 3 times a day will make it difficult for you to ejaculate during sex

No porn, full stop. Also if you want to masturbate, you need to train your brain not to get aroused only by internet images/videos.

Take cold showers whenever you want to watch it - sounds ridiculous but people claim it's the best option. Hope this helps

Porn usage and desensitisation can worsen it. If you try avoiding masturbation for like a week then I definitely feel like you'd have no problem at all.

Nah, that doesn't work. I was taking cold showers for a month when i was in Nigeria (there's no water in Nigeria) and i would **** heavily every night. I don't know what to do, its an addiction

Perhaps stop using hookers? and find someone who you have a connection with.

Reading between the lines a mid 20's virgin does not suddenly go from that to having multiple female sex partners on a regular basis unless cash is involved.

This is wrong, stop assuming. I am only a regular client of one escort... but i am not speaking about that.
