To meet people and achieve my goals? I lack motivation entirely. All I do all day is stay at home, eat, play video games and watch porn.

Not really, you might actually make yourself more pent up if you just stop O_o
Maybe start doing it as a reward after meeting a goal as it does release endorphins so it could lead to better motivation?
Though you would have to be strict with yourself if you didn't meet your goals, so no spanking the monkey if you failed *shrugs*

Get properly serious with your goals and stop being lazy! Masterbation is nothing to do with it. You have just got lazy and you like it at the moment because are not serious about your life goals!

Masturbation is one of the things that's keeping you from being your best self, 100%. Don't listen to people who say it has nothing to do with it, because they are likely addicted to porn themselves.

This is what science has to say about it:

A ridiculous post! the Proctor. What are you saying? People who masterbate are addicted to porn? You are not serious. Read the guys post again. He is aimless and lazy!

TBH I do think there is a potential connection between lazyness/boredom and jerking off, it's a quick, free dopamine/endorphin kick and like all self medication, open to self abuse () You get used to the idea of rewards for nothing you might not bother seeking anything more substantial.

Also I tend to like a nap afterwards.
