ALEVEL OCR biology I heavily relied on snaprevise videos(the updated version has more detailed bio videos) because my teacher was bad and for the text book I mainly used OCR Oxford text book by Ann fullick

Alevel Math I only used my teacher, the basic Edexcel Pearson books and occasionally checked exam solutions for stuff I just couldn’t get

I had cgp books as well but I don’t recommend them when it comes to the new spec Alevels, found that they always left out a lot of stuff that’s why opted for something more detailed because the new spec doesn’t just test memory, it’s mainly application so you got to know something no matter what version it’s set in.

Depends what exam boards you are

AQA Bio- i recommend the CGP book

OCR psych- the butterfly oxford ones (our school provided them)

most colleges lend them to students free of cost (like a library loan)
