Is what you’re describing as, ‘fat’ medically overweight?? Do you know that you are overweight eg from the NHS or is this a conclusion you’ve come to yourself? Maybe check and see what weight in stones/ kilograms is, ‘ideal,’ for your age bracket

It takes time. But it’s effective. Drink plenty of water and cinnamon. Cinnamon helps with the metabolism

Do the opposite: go above your restriction for a few weeks to restore the balance your body is looking for in the presence of long term restriction, then go back at it when that response is under control.

Keep at it, if you're losing weight you're on a winning formula.

Do you wanna lose weight or lose fat? They aren’t necessarily the same thing.

^ absolutely DO NOT starve yourself. Under any circumstances. I think from a health perspective you sound like a healthy weight. Honestly we can all be loved no matter what shape or size we are, and if you’re really struggling with these feelings talking to a professional can be really helpful. Never do anything that is going to put yourself in danger in order to lose weight, because then you risk disordered behaviour. I’m sure you are amazing as you are

At what rate? you should be losing about 1-1,5kg per month if you're doing cardio daily.

Unless you're a hobbit, you can't be "extremely" fat. Cut it out.

Try reverse dieting now since you've not been eating too much. When you restrict your body it holds onto the fat.
Eat more but eat good food. A **** ton of protein etc
And have you tried using weights? They really do help during exercise and will turn your fat into muscle.
Also do HIIT and try joining some type of martial art or sport club to stay active
67kg isn't fat, how tall are you?
Because I'm 65kg and I don't see an issue with my body. You shouldn't really look at numbers btw. You may feel like you are not losing weight but you are in fact just gaining muscle mass.
Good luck

You will know you’re losing fat if your body fat percentage is going down.
