Tired of everything in life

I'm literally exhausted. Physically and mentally. I think about one thing and I feel tired. I think about another thing and I feel tired. I'm absolutely dreading my second year of university because I know I'll fall back into a dark emptiness again. How do I find a way out of this?

Take a break when you need a break, don't burn yourself out. Do you have some time off this summer to get some rest?

What things do not make you tired / make you feel more energetic? Whether it's being sociable, watching a great film or filling some sort of interesting role/project to keep you going, go and do these things. Also, the mind can have moments where it naturally seeks troubling issues above others and distorts things, which can cause you to mentally exhaust yourself more than you should - being occupied, such as with previous suggestions, helps to counter falling into such a trap, but don't overdo it
