Lack of vitamin d

So about 3 and half months ago and have been experienced a lot of muscle and fast loss and also hair loss had blood and it was lack of vitamin d which never came up in my previous blood test which is really odd and worrying because hair loss doesn’t run in the family and I used a full head of hair but lately is getting thinner.
I’m always tired loss of appetite and I can’t feel my heart beat in my chest when I go to the gym only feel it in my throat also my neck feels swollen an rubbery sones it’s awkward to swallow and I don’t enjoy the taste of junk food or food general.
I have been going to see Psychologist specialist and thinks that it my due to depression but I really don’t think it is I need to be properly looked a ct scan cause the doctors are just thinking it’s due to depression.
I used have lot of energy blood flow circulating nicely muscular thick strong long hair I’m male 22 and I just want to be to my normal self I really have any you experienced this and also how to did you overcome it I it would be helpful as I’m just trapped and I don’t feel or like my self anymore.

You can buy Vitamin D supplements, although there are likely other factors such as stress involved. Hope you figure out the cause
Some of these symptoms sound placebo and it may be due to anxiety.

There are a lot of vitamin deficiencies and similar which could cause symptoms like this. Go see your GP, they can do some blood tests and if anyththing comes up they will either prescribe supplements or suggest other changes you can make.

You can buy vitamin D over the counter, but if you have symptoms it is wise to make sure you're adding the right vitamin and in the right amount. Otherwise you could end up wasting a bunch of money on the wrong thing and still feeling bad.

They should also say how long it tends to take to feel better. If you still feel bad after that you can go back and tell them so they can consider if there could be something else going on.

Being physically ill can also affect your mental health so it's worth focusing a bit on that too to make sure you don't end up with a vicious cycle.
