Will looking at someone's Facebook profile get me to jail-stalking? Watch

I'm not sure if this is correct or in correct however is continuously looking at the same person's facebook profile everyday a criminal offence-stalking? Cyber stalking?

I'm not going to do nothing, it's only that.

Even if they did see my profile on those 'who viewed your facebook app' surely they can't do much about it?

And I don't know this person.

No, most certainly not, this is what employers will do when they find out the names of any employees that they will interview / join the company. Be aware of incessant commenting though, that could be traced back.
