Only medicine.

I assume either you are american, or have been looking at american resources? Of that list only gastroenterology and cardiology are usually used in the UK. Nephrology is sometimes used, but the doctors who specialise in it are usually referred to as Renal Physicians. Hepatology is a subspecialty within gastroenterology - and again we usually just refer to them as Liver Specialists. Pulmonology is never used, it's Respiratory in the UK.

I know it's nitpicky, but using the right words may help you find UK-relevant resources rather than American ones
