Payments

I believe that most people need the money for maintenance much earlier then the date set. Reasons would include a whole list for example: purchasing general or set course materials;paying for accommodation upon agreement of contract;travel cost etc all before the uni set date and we get paid at the start of the term when it’s needed before especially on the start of the 1st term. Is they any procedures in advancing the payment to an earlier date if enrolment could be completed on an earlier date?
