What A -level are required for Bioinformatics degree?
Biology, informatics, mathematics are the main subjects in my opinion. As an addition you can add physics or computer science. Those four are the best combination.
I have never heard of informatics being taught at A-level. Where does this happen?

Where, with whom, can someone do an A-level in informatics? I have never heard of this before.

Mathematics most of all I think. And as you have to be educated in biology too, this subject is a must have for your career.
That is 6 A-levels. Colleges in the UK often only allow enrolment to enable the completion of 3 A-levels maximum.

Hi, I plan to specialise in Bioinformatics in the future too (I barely see anyone interested tbh ) , though I was unable to find it at undergraduate, there are plenty of phd and masters degrees offering this at least in the UK

You need to take biology and one other science subject at least so chemistry, maths, physics you can take CS if you want

The best way to 'study' it so to speak is to take a biology based course e.g. biology, biomedical sciences, biochem etc. at uni then do bioinformatics as a postgraduate
