if you have unprotected penetrative sex with someone who has chlamydia is it definitely going to be passed on? or is there a chance that it won't be?

It's enough of a risk that you should get tested if you've had unprotected sex, even if you don't know if your partner had an STI or even if they say they've recently been tested.
