I am a child of an EU migrant worker and I’ve applied for student finance for the first time, i have been declined because I’m 21 and working and not depending on my mother because I work 22hours a week...I don’t know what to do.. has anyone been in that situation and what did they include in their appeal

Yes I do
in that case, as far as I know, you are still dependent on your mother. I'm in a similar situation (work 20 hrs a week, live with my mother, eu migrant) and sfe have explicitly said they do not care about my personal income, only my sponsor's (mother's) income. Do you know whether your work status specifically is the reason why you were rejected, or have they not given you a clear reason?
