Test at the Churchill Engineering Interview

Hello people!

I've applied to Engineering at Churchill College for the entry in 2005. In my last visit to Churchill, I was told that Engineering applicants to Churchill are required to sit for a 1-hour long test to measure their academic abilities.

Does anyone, who has already applied to Churchill before know what the content of the test is? I guess it is centred around physics and maths, since the test measures the abilities of Engineering applicants. But what are the level or types of the questions on it? I will appreciate any information about this 'entrance exam' to Churchill. Thanks for your help.

I think u've got it wrong. This test is called the TSA (Thinking Skills Assessment) and consists of 50 questions. 25 of which are problem solving and the rest critical thinking. The test is not centred around physics or maths. Also, the test is 90 mins long.
There is a sample question paper at the cambridge website.

Good luck.

that's what I was thinking. But if there is a short test before the interview, it's likely to be on something that you probably have never seen before so that they can discuss it with you in the interview and see what you'd be like to teach.
