I’ve been dealing with these mood swings for the past 2-3 weeks or so. At first I thought it was due to pms but it’s been going on for too long.

When I’m in a bad mood, I get soooo irritable. It just feels like I have this anger burning in my stomach and I just want to scream, cry and throw things. Every one is making me angry and I’m terrified of hurting my loved ones but, urg idk even struggling to articulate this is pissing me off.

Anyone been through this? What is wrong with me?

Yeah maybe, although mine is over and I don’t have much to stress about.

Go see a doctor if your concerned, mood swings occasionally are normal but not all the time, go get checked out
