How probable is to get into lse (management) if you have really good grades?

Hi! Do you think the personal statement and the reference letter are more important than the grades? I mean, if you have really good grades (the best of your school), is there a high probability to get into lse, even if your PS isn't perfect?
Thank you

As long as you meet the entry requirements, you are fine. Work well on your personal statement and be on good terms with your teachers, LSE can afford to be really picky since they only take in that many of students compared to other universities.

Thanks for the reply, yes I meet the entry requirements. Do you think that there are a lot of people who apply even though they don't meet the entry requirements?
Thank you
The vast majority of people who apply will meet the entry requirements. Because LSE is such a small university and has so few places available to give out compared to other unis, it has to use personal statements to differentiate between applicants.

The offer rate for the management course is 24%, so that is effectively your chance of an offer.
