How does everyone cope (or not cope!) with stress?

With exams and that going on, i just feel (may sound so melodramatic here) soo weird! It's really hard to explain! All im thinking about at the moment is OMG i forgot to write that in the exam, Oh no i've failed, im not going to get into uni, and will just end up in a sad dead end job for the rest of my life!

I know i should not just worry about this, and many of you are in this position also - but how can you possibly stop??
And no suggesstions for boozing cos it just doesnt work!

i sit down in a chair


and say this out loud over and over, while breathing steadily:

I sit down and think that all my spots will be gone by the time the exams are over, and once again i will have a youthful and smooth face. (:
