Burt's Bees do a cute little mum package, with creams and lotions and bath stuff etc. You could go to Boots (Soap & Glory range is tres good for pressies!) and buy a selection of nice pampering things and wrap them up nicely in a little basket or box for her. I think something pamper-y (no pun intended :p:) is the way to go, rather than a photo album or nice photo frame or something, though they would be lovely gifts. Some flowers may be a nice idea too?

If you're buying something for the bambino, like baby gros or something, buy ones that can either be for a girl or a boy (white, yellow, Winnie the Pooh etc!) and don't buy newborn - everyone will give them newborn clothes and within a couple of weeks the baby will be too big for all his or her clothes! A lot of babies are quite big when they arrive anyway.

Thank you! I'm going to go with the pampering kit/ massage idea (whoever mentionned the Burt's Bees set is a genius!). You're right, the baby is going to get loads of stuff and won't even realise. I do like the idea of the baby book too though. Maybe both, he is my favourite cousin and his fiancee is lovely, bless her!
