Just wondering if anyone else is as sleep-deprived as me! Do you think it affects your revision?

I can only revise at night, when there's pressure!
I try to get about 8 hours but I end up thinking about the exam all night and usually get about 6 hours sleep on average..

The night before an exam I normally get about 2/3 hours. If I feel particularly unprepared I'll pull an all-nighter.

I seem to be doing okay though. Sure it will all catch up with me soon enough!

The night before I usually sleep 2/3 hours, it sounds ridiculous but it somehow is pretty effective at making me feel like I've slept but also doesn't waste precious pre-exam past-paper time..

I did that for 3 days for 2 exams last week, so today was my "recovery" day and I slept about 12 hours lol. The deprivation begins again on Tuesday.

I always aim for 8 hours, no more and no less

Normally I get it, but sometimes I stay up till 1/2 tossing and turning

during exam times i tend to sleep 6/7 hours in the couple of days leading up to exams as i tend to get up at about 6/7 to revise. but if the exams are a few days away i try to get a bit more like 8/9 so i dont feel to tired when revising and can concentrate more. cant wait until exams are over and can sleep for 10/12 hours a night.........
