which degree should i do to keep my options open

maths, physics, computer science or engineering? is there 1 degree out of these that would allow me to do perhaps a masters in the other fields or a job in the other fields?
Maths would allow you to do a master's in the other fields. Not recommending you do this.

Personal experience. If I finish this degree I will have three of a kind.

Maths does let you do other things, even known people who have done Geosciences after or biology after.
Eng encompasses both physics and maths and certain programming elements depending on which type of engineering u go for.I'd suggest u look into universities that have a common first year for engineering which then allows u to pick whichever type of engineering u want to focus on after the first year
