For the past three sessions of windsurfing I have been getting a chest pain - for the first 2 times it happened after I'd exercised, but last week it happened during exercise - it was kind of like a tight squeezing feeling, has anyone experienced this? At one point it was so painful that I nearly had to stop.

Is it possible for stress symptons to be released through exertion?

Does anyone have any advice on how to relax my body? I still feel the chest pain slightly and I'm putting it down to exams and some other issues.

TSR is not a doctor.

Your doctor however...is a doctor!

(Get that chest pain looked at!)

I went to a doctor myself about chest pain the last week, she said that's really not too uncommon especially amongst those who are still growing and are doing alot/little sport. Your intercostals I believe.

Basically I'd say you're fine, but if you're worried check it out, unlikely to be angina or anything nasty though.

My pains were like be slashed acrossed the chest suddenly if that's any help.
