No, however, if you’re applying to Cambridge you need to detail your bands for Higher on the SAQ (supplementary applicant questionnaire)
- this also applies for Oxford’s equivalent as far as i’m aware. Other than Oxbridge, bands don’t matter

If it is relevant to the subject you are applying for you could include it your PS or your school could mention it in your school reference. Subject dependant, there could be a big difference between an A and an upper A.
