The best incentive to working hard is the grades in the end; I think that is the only incentive tbh!

But with work it means WORK. Hard work! So if you want those grades work; it'll all be worth it. And don't rely on work getting done in class; lots of people have to practically self teach most of their courses because the teachers don't go into it in enough/sufficient detail. but remember you do also improve so don't give up and don't mess about...in your frees..work! work for the mocks. work harder for the real exams. never stop working until the six week summer hols=]. And remember stay strong =]
