A-level options to do Business management in the future

I have finished my GCSE's and will be moving onto A-levels, so at the moment I will be picking Biology, Chemistry and Business. Is it possible for me to do a Business Management course at a Russel group uni in the future. I was also wondering whether it would be a good idea to do economics as a fourth subject or is this too much workload and I've heard maths is recommended to help economics. However I don't enjoy maths as much and probably only will get a 6 or 7 (if I'm lucky). So is doing economics as a fourth without maths a good idea??
Maths would also help you in Biology and especially Chemistry so it's worth considering, see what your Maths grade is on results day. 4 A-Levels is definitely a big workload though - it may seem manageable but anyone who's done A Levels will tell you not to do four! Economics is also viewed better by Russell Group unis than Business studies.
