I’m not sure what your question was but:
All clearing offers are unconditional - universities will not make a clearing offer to someone who hasn’t yet got their results.

If you have already obtained your results then you could be in of a chance of securing a place before those that are awaiting results. However,if you are awaiting results,then it is highly unlikely to secure a place until you and your possible uni know what grades you have achieved. Good luck
