Hi everyone.

today morning I checked my grades for university. I recently had two resits and one I definitely failed but for the other, I didnt recieve my grade yet. However, before the resits, I checked my grades and it said "projected credit total:80" and I need 100 to pass onto year 2.

Now the projected credit total says 100 but the achieved is still 80.

my question is: Does this mean I passed onto year 2?
What does projected credit total means?

Also, my individual timetable is up for year 2 so that makes me a bit confused.

thank you for the help!

I've edited your thread title to make your question clearer.

You'll need to speak to your university directly about that. Each university has its own procedures, so we don't want to mislead you or give you incorrect information.

I understand that. Thank you. But can you not tell what projected credit total is? If I contact them, what should I write? How could I write an email about this so it makes more sense?

Just email them and ask if you've passed your resits and whether you have enough credits to progress to second year.

A projected credit total is how many credits you're expected or on track to achieve by the end of the year.
