Ever since I started my period 9 years ago I’ve always had some sort of sign my period was due, usually it’s just my boobs are sore or I have a bit of back ache. Recently, my last 4 periods I’ve had nothing, no sign that my periods due. First it scared me and I thought I’d be pregnant because there was just no sign of a period but obviously I have been getting them, just no symptoms.

Why could this be?

Each time i get my period i find it's slightly different, whether thats having more/less cramps than usual, or feeling soreness in different places.
Im not an expert on the topic, but it doesn't seem to be anything to worry about, as long as you are still getting your period.
It could just be by chance that for the last few months your symptoms have been reduced when compared to normal.

If youre still concerned, maybe visit your GP?
But honestly, i'd just try to enjoy the lack of cramps and aching!
