Fox News is a right wing conservative news program. Partisanship in the United States even makes it way to the media. There are also other right wing outlets as well as liberal outlets of the media. Both sets constantly fling mud at each other and represent the other as the negative.

Initially starting out as an ardent Hillary supporter, I have grown to like Obama, although his continued reliance on autocues still does make me question what he is saying. As long as Sarah Palin doesn't become VP, I'll be happy.

You do know that Obama is a socialist right? Today he said that "we should spread the wealth around", which sounds like comunism to me. I'm all for democrats running the white house, but this guy is just too much, I would vote McCain, simply because Obama is craaaaap. I would vote for Hillary anyday of the week though
The United States does not have a flat tax, meaning that the higher income brackets pay a higher percentage of their income. McCain is not going to change that and will continue to tax wealthiest Americans at higher rates than poorer ones. That being said, if Obama is communist then McCain is right behind him.

For the record, Communism/socialism is NOT the redistribution of wealth, but the government control of industries. So, the largest 'communist/socialist' movement just took place in the United States when we decided to nationalise 700 Billion dollars worth of formerly private industries. THAT is a step towards communism and is more socialist in nature than anything Obama or McCain advocates.

This guy answered for me

edit: While Bill Clinton was actually right of the party line, Obama the most socialist democrat in the senate. You do know what happened to the states' economy last time we had a guy similar as Obama as president right? You do know what happened last time a president raised taxes in a financial crisis right?

The Irish have claimed him as 'one of us' - they refer to him as Barack O'Bama.

I just love their sense of humour.

Isn't he of Irish heritage, hence he is one of YOU. Now, whether that's a good or bad thing is up for discussion.

Right after the debate there was this guy talking to a bunch of people who watched it and he said "how many of you support Obama" and none of them raised their hand :p:

It seems near impossible to find a non-bias news channel in America

'one of us' was in inverted commas meaning one of the Irish people.

I'm English, born and bred.

The claim was made in jest* ....all politicians in America claim to have Irish heritage somehow...there are a lot of Irish voters in the USA. I don't know that he does have any Irish connection. And any connection he does have with anyone or anything could be considered good or bad depending on the opinion of the one doing the opining.

Edit* I was curious as to where this story emanated from so I've just done a google search and found his statement on his Irish roots in this Youtube clip. It's 1min.45secs in if you don't want to listen to all the propaganda first! http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=g4wZuEnoEZU Why do politicians do this? If it's not true, it's so cynical...they've all done it in the recent past, regardless of political allegiance.

Currently, O'Bama, Biden, McCain and Paulin have all discovered their Irish roots. Playing to the 40m+ Irish voters in the US? I hope those voters do not take this into account when casting their votes.

I'm in.

This site is so bias against McCain/Palin, it's quite unbelievable. I've had a countless amount of negative rep just for having a different opinion. :/

[hence why i'm basically asking for it LOL]

I think anyone who thinks Obama is a socialist or communist seriously needs to lay off the crack. Obama isn't even social democratic. He still promotes Free Market, No tax raises for people with a salary or $250000 or less (Over 85% of the population).
Tax Breaks for the middle class and lower class earners are offered.

At worst, Obama could be liberal left on the Social and Right of centre on the Fiscal

Maybe you (the OP) should go read up his policies from thier Website.

In fairness, Fox have been laying off Obama in the last couple of weeks. It's so abundantly clear that he's the President that they have to lay off him. The nationalistic right still has a strong element of, "well, I don't support him, but he's my commander in chief"; and there's only so much back-tracking you can do after the election.

Plus, Obama gave them a one on one with Bill O'Right-wing.
