Hi, I’m going to do the last year of school in England but they told me to translate my certificates of the previous Italian school , so I have to translate all of the marks, can someone tell me please what is a normal Italian mark “6” in English? Is it like a C or D ?

I think it’s a B well at least according to GCSE and in most Raw marks for any British exam like for some subjects 81% percent is an A* so a 10 in Italy is like 100% so you’d be getting an A* ... I’m confused as well but if you need anything else tell me so 6 is a B ...

Thank you, but I don’t think that a 6 is a B .. I saw that right now you have like the marks in numbers like us, but I think that if we have tha marks from 1 to 10 the six is the grade that you passed with , with 5 you don’t pass , and from 6 to 10 you are passed .. so I saw that sometime a you have GCSE C*4 or something similar .. what is that?

You’re probably right in Italy a 5 is a D like insufficienza.. for the C*4 I think it means that a 4 in the Uk is a C in Italy because of the 1-9 grading structure.. I’m sorry if I didn’t help I hope everything works out.. https://youtu.be/AFVXtpFn55o https://youtu.be/m6RJC_V55TE hope these help... sorry again
