Feeling empty Watch

I keep on having these phases at least twice a year (typically for two months at a time) where I feel completely empty and numb and whenever it hits it really hinders my life.

Is it normal to go through such intense phases of emptiness?

I know that it’ll pass, but sometimes it hits at the worst times when I really need to be productive and it makes me not even have the energy to get out of bed. If anyone has ever been through this, how do you mange?

I get what you mean. I go through this sometimes and just zone out.

When I do, I just read / watch a movie (i.e : do something you like for a little while). When I'm feeling better I'll carry on with my day
