Feeling empty Watch
Is it normal to go through such intense phases of emptiness?
I know that it’ll pass, but sometimes it hits at the worst times when I really need to be productive and it makes me not even have the energy to get out of bed. If anyone has ever been through this, how do you mange?
When I do, I just read / watch a movie (i.e : do something you like for a little while). When I'm feeling better I'll carry on with my day
