Hello!
I am trying to increase my confidence and hope to do so, although I don't want to overshoot and become cocky/ overconfident.

Could you guys please help me differentiate between the two and / or provide any tips for increasing confidence that worked for you?

Thanks : )

I don’t think there’s a formula, it happens over time in my experience. Just believe in yourself and focus on things you can do rather than being down on yourself for things you can’t.
Confidence is knowing your worth, cockiness is thinking you are worth more than anyone and not being afraid of showing it.
