Try medidation. You can use the Calm or Headspace apps. I find these help me sleep. There are also relaxing music tracks and stories designed to help you sleep.

I know lots of people who struggle with this, myself included. Your best bet is to go to a doctor, honestly.

Here’s a quick fix solution that might work:
1.) Sleep whenever you can but wake up earlier. So in the evening you will be very tired.

A long term solution would be to have good sleep habits. Try these...
1.)Try to avoid using your phone on your bed at all costs.
2.)Don’t look at your computer/phone atleast 30mins before bed time.
3.)Read a book before you try to sleep.
4.)Have a warm shower just before bed
5.)leave the window open when trying to sleep. It’s easier to sleep when colder compared to hot.
6.)Avoid sugar/caffeine. Everyone has dif tolerances.
7.) Try not to eat too close to bed time

I recommend you reading Matthew Walkers book on sleep
