I've just passed my test and my instructors offering pass plus for £180 the only problem is I could afford this but I'm a little short on cash and should be saving more for my insurance. If It will reduce my insurance by a good amount I will consider it however if not I wont. I'm 17 and male so I've already accepted the fact my insurance will be high anyway.

Please help

Varies for person to person and no, not worth it anymore IMO. Less and less insurers accept it. Actually, you'd be lucky to find an insurer which does accept it.
