Had a cough and a wheeze for about a week now. Every time I breathe I wheeze and have to really control my breathing. It also feels tight on my chest. How do I get rid of this

If it is affecting your everyday life and no medication is working or there has been no change, I would recommend you go visit your GP

A cough can persist for at least three weeks; if you’re worried please do consult with your gp. It may be a viral infection, therefore a doctor won’t be able to prescribe you antibiotics to help, they’d just advise you to take regular painkillers and check your overall health.

Maybe see a doctor? Maybe you need inhalers or something
