I am a graduate who will start undergrad medicine this September. I just got the offer last week and am looking for financing options. I can't pay it directly myself and I cannot apply for tuition loans from Student finance.

Does anyone have any advice on what I could do?
Has anyone been in the same position as myself?

Any advice at all will be really appreciated

What are your exact circumstances? If you can't apply for Student Finance, I'm assuming you're international?

I’m a UK citizen but because it’s my second undergrad degree, I’m my eligible for tuition loans. I can only apply for maintenance loans with student finance.

Ah I see (that's probably my fault for not reading the OP properly). You could talk to your university about any grants or scholarships you may be eligible for. Otherwise, you can get loans from private companies, but they have ridiculous rates of interest and will be repayable immediately after graduation (so not ideal if you can't guarantee that you'll have a job then).
