B and AB initio are relatively easy depending how much time you invest in it. However - the grade boundaries are VERY high for these.

I don't know how well you know Arabic, from experience in my class those that put time into SL or ab initio do well, those that don't put in much effort in either do badly. Ik that's not super helpful, point is that whichever u choose, as long as you work for it you can do well if that makes sense

If you have less formal language learning training (e.g. by doing GCSE or some other formal language qualification where you've studied it in a structured way) I might be inclined to suggest ab initio. My experience of ab initio German in IB was that we were learning the language, but we were also learning how to learn a language generally (which was helpful for me, as while I'd done GCSE Spanish it was taught quite poorly and I didn't really know how to properly learn or study for a language).
