Soooooo
Long story short ok I'm checking to see if it's going to be possible to still get into a UK University next year January for computer science
I'm guessing I'll have to start from foundation year since I don't have an A-level result (I planned to buhh plans didn't work out)
PS I'm a Nigerian,living in Nigeria atm

Annnnnnd if schooling in the UK doesn't pan out,how bout Canada??🤔🤔

I'll appreciate all inputs on this

What qualifications do you have? And are you waiting on results of any kind?

Didn't bother with IELTS because Nigeria's an anglophone country so English is how we roll 🤗🤷

English might be "how you roll" but you could be hard-pushed to find a university that doesn't expect an English language qualification.

Not every university has details on applications from different countries, but here's some that google pulled up for Nigeria:

https://www.sheffield.ac.uk/internat.../nigeria/entry

https://www.manchester.ac.uk/study/i...-requirements/

https://www.southampton.ac.uk/uni-li...a/nigeria.page

I'd note that all of these are pretty competitive institutions so exact grade requirements may be more lax elsewhere in the U.K., but expectations on English language won't vary, nor will standards on the type of qualifications you're expected to have, grade requirements will vary.
