the innocence, lack of stress/responsibility/care for anything, the energy of my parents, doing stupid things with the excuse that I was 'only a kid'--now everything I do is scrutanized..

I miss nothing about being a kid, and I'm glad that stage of my life is over.

Watching SMart whilst eating ready brek. Before going to school used to watch the Snorks or the Smurfs.

Top of the Pops, old school Gladiators and watching Man O Man with my mum.

Just a world of complete innocence, playing in the garden all day, paddling pools, building dens and falling off my bike several times, so much so i used to cry all the way home with blood pouring from trousers.

Also crazes, pokemon cards, football stickers, yoyos etc

I liked your blog. That youtube video with people getting punched was funny at the end. :yy:
Others were a bit odd.

What do you miss most about your childhood?

Less problems, less responsibilities, less works, and you could just mess around.

:tsr2:
being completely innocent.

The certainty of knowing what the future involved, as a kid I knew I'd be going from primary school to high school and then college, perhaps after that university. Now I'm at uni, graduating next year and have absolutely no idea of what I'm doing after,

Also that complete trust kids have, they're not cynical and suspicious yet and I miss that.

Actually wanting to run around, and getting so into games that playtime at primary school was ALWAYS too short....
Christmas being unbelievably exciting - it's always a let down compared to those days...
finding pure joy in the simplest of things such as getting pick n mix...
Being totally innocent to all the crappy stuff in life!!

time not passing by as fast as it does now... i used to think that a week lasted a year, but now the 1 gcse years have passed in about 3 minutes...
ok i'm still a child technically, but my "childhood" has ended.
yeah, calling round my friends' houses and saying "do you want ot come out and play? we can go roller blading" rather than now people always want to drink.

Primary school, basically.
And being able to play outside for entire summer evenings because we didn't even know homework existed.
