Does this mean there are no places?

If there is no x beside a course on ucas meaning it's not on extra does that mean there are no places left on that course?
Supposedly yes, according to UCAS.

Ok thanks. Might just leave it until next year then when I can apply on time. Didn't have the chance this year sadly.
You could try Clearing though for the course, in case people miss grades or its their insurance etc.

Since you're a late application, contact the uni - you'd need to do that even if the course was showing in Extra. They may be able to squeeze you in, but don't have lots of space for hordes of people to apply.

I'm going to contact them now and if there is no luck there I'll try with clearing as well, thanks!

Contacted them and they have said they still have places on the course and to just apply via ucas which I've done so hopefully I'll get on the course. It seems people were right about extra not being entirely accurate.
