I’m on the app right now so I can’t exactly show you, but you have to copy the image address and paste the url onto the symbol with two triangles

I forgot to explain? Humpf I guess I'm the dumbo. You can just paste the gif url into the 'Insert an image via url' thing and it works.

It works for me, try using the website 'giphy' and copy the gif link and paste it into the url box, don't copy the website/image url
