I just got my results, with 4 A*s, 5 As, and 1 B. The A*s were in Mathematics, Physics, English Language and English Literature. The As were in Religious Studies, Biology, Chemistry, National History and First Language (Urdu). The B was in Modern World History. Is this a good result, and what sort of universities can this result help me get into? Will appreciate any and all feedback.

Congratulations on your results! What's your next step - college, apprenticeship, work etc.? I would agree with the above comment that once you progress onto other qualifications/experiences your GCSEs become less weighted, however they are considered along with the rest of your application

IGCSES don't matter too much as long as you pass. e.g sisters friend passed but didn't do great in them and got into Cambridge because of strong A Level grades. On the other hand my sister did extremely well at IGCSES and IB so she got in. All you need to have is strong IB or AL grades
