I had a weird discharge that only lasted about 2 days. I've also had a stinging feeling during and after sex.

So I went to the doctor and had swabs done to check for STDs and thrush and bacetrial vaginosis (sp?). The test results came back negative.

Does that mean the pain is all in my head?! When the doctor checked me she said everything looked healthy and she could see no discharge. My boyfriend is pretty big - maybe that's something to do with it?! Help!

I doubt its to do with how big your bf is. Maybe try another docter for another opinion?

Yep.
I'm guessing your boyfriend was a bit too abrasive in sex.
Maybe you should use a bit of lube, or ask him to be more gentle.
It sounds like the minor trauma he caused to your vagina was enough to cause you discomfort, but not enough that it lasted till you saw the doctor.

If you're experiencing pain during sex, why didn't you let your partner know? you can't have been enjoying the sex if you were in pain - and in this instance, it was probably the root of the problem....

Pain during sex isn't good.
