hi guys. i am currently 17 year old female, 5'5 and just over 200 lbs. i was wondering if i could get some advice on what to do. i love going to the gym, but im not sure on what equipment to use.i just tend to run on the tredmill.

Okay so in British units that’s 1.65m and 91kg.

That’s very overweight.

Download my fitness pal, eat <1600 calories per day and do HIIT 4-5 days a week. Report back in 4 weeks.

If you're too lazy to Google a four letter acronym then that doesn't bode well for your ability to commit to a HIIT programme over many months.

HIIT = high intensity interval training; google it.
