Totally I've got four A and five A*,it was not as good as I expected....can it still be competitive? My dream school is university of Cambridge but I guess there are no more chances, because I've heard that it only accept at least seven or eight A* in igcse. I'm very sad. What other UK universities can I apply for with this result ,assuming I can get all A in A-Level?Additionally, I got 89 in chemistry, 89 in additional math and 88 in computer science. Should I apply for an enquiry on my results? Is it worth it? Sincere appreciation for any advices.

Chinese as the first language---A*(94)
Mathematics---A*(96)
Physics---A*(93)
Economics---A*(94)
Foreign language German---A*(96)
Chemistry---A(89)
Additional Mathematics---A(89)
Computer science---A(88)
English as a second language---A(80)
International certificate of education---Distinction

I found it interesting because I chose Mathematics, economics, German, physics for A-level before I got my IG test results, and those are the subjects that I achieved A* in igcse. (I'm going to UK for high school and Chinese isn't available there) Maybe this is called "predestined "lol.
PS:I really want to recheck chemistry ,add math and computer science....I think it should be sth higher and better.

Cambridge don't really care bout gcses as long as they are all a/a*, just try get predicted 4a*'s for a level that's the biggest boost id say

yeah, Oxford have emphasis on gcses whereas to have a chance at Cambridge excel in the interview, excellent predictions and arguably most importantly in the entrance exams they provide.

Got itMaybe social experience is also needed, and entre more competitions. I guess the speech skills are essential too.
