So I have been out of work:

-I cannot get a short term loan because of bad credit
-I cannot get a loan from a bank because of bad credit
-I cannot get an overdraft

-For job seekers allowance I have to wait 3 weeks

I don't know what else to do or where else to turn to?

Sell stuff on eBay. Ask friends or family. Waitering or pub work. Look at your finances. There will be something you are wasting money on.

My son...... Now Tv, Spotify, sky tv, expensive phone contract etc...

why do you need a loan? from what you've posted (bad credit) it looks like you might have had issues with repaying previous loans so most organisations would be reluctant to loan to you again.
Are you currently claiming benefits? you mention JSA which would indicate you've been on benefit for some time as Universal Credit has been around for a while. If that's the case how can you afford to repay a loan out of your benefit money as you are obviously struggling to get by on what you're receiving now.
You might not like my answer but how hard are you trying to find work?

Universal credit depends on your post code.

I could claim JSA for a temporary period...however I hate waiting for 3 weeks and that too £116 instead of £147 because I've claimed it numerous times before when I've been out of work.

I'm confused, the only way that your JSA would be reduced would be if you're receiving a pension (unlikely), are receiving money from a part time job (no mention of this) are classified as being part of a couple and your partner had part time work (if that's the case could he/she help?) Or you have received a loan from the social fund or received a short term benefit advance which hadn't been repaid.

I thought UC has been rolled out across the country and all new claims would now be for UC
