Im an international student coming to study in the UK. I want to eat better than I did in undergrad. I have the money for organic sometimes, but not for anything. Still, is it worth it to eat organic?

Well it's definitely better to eat organic because they have more nutrition and they don't have chemicals in them from pesticides and fertilisers but it is more expensive. If you can afford it and you don't want the heath consequences of eating inorganic foods go for it.

I buy organic milk cos it tastes better 😋 (and not much more expensive)
And organic eggs, but only due to the reduced use of antibiotics on the chickens.
I guess it’s a case of price vs benefits, and the rest doesn’t seem worth it to me 👀
