Hey everyone

I don't expect to meet my Firm offer and I don't want to go to my insurance (it was an unconditional from a university that had requirements far below what I was expecting to get), so I'm thinking of applying for Maths at Manchester through Clearing.

Somewhat unsure how quickly I should expect the places for this to go - given it's a fairly competitive course at a fairly prestigious university, I expect the places to go quite quickly, but I was wondering if anyone has an idea of the timescales. Should I expect them all to go within a few hours? A day?

Thanks in advance

Places shouldn’t go too quickly. No one can add a choice on Track until 3pm so universities will consider people right up to and after that point. Vacancies may well open up/increase on Friday for some courses if not as many applicants added a choice on Track as the university hoped from the number of phone calls.
