I'm going to pick my subjects in year 9 and I want a bachelors degree is there anyway I can get that bachelors degree without the computer science and if I can then which option should I pick for my gcses right now?

Blue Cow is right. I applied for a computer science degree last year and not a single place I looked at even recommended computer science as an A-Level, let alone require it.
Furthermore, if you are planning to study Computer Science at A-Level, most 6th-forms do not require a Computer Science degree.
If you want to get into top Universities though, most of them really like their students to do as much maths as possible. If you have the option to do either Additional Maths FSMQ or Further Maths GCSE, I would take that opportunity, as it can really help with your first year of A-Level maths, which is a requirement on the majority of Computer Science courses.
